font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ind\u00e9cent et pourtant, \u00e7a ne m&rsquo;a pas emp\u00each\u00e9 de r\u00e9cidiver en en imaginant une nouvelle recette!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Une simplissime avec tr\u00e8s peu d&rsquo;ingr\u00e9dients (la simplicit\u00e9 c&rsquo;est la clef du succ\u00e8s lorsqu&rsquo;on adopte une \u00ab\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/mon-alimentation-decalee\/\">alimentation d\u00e9cal\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb<\/a>!) : un<strong> banana bread aux flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong> dont j&rsquo;ai fait de <strong>belles tranches tartin\u00e9es de pur\u00e9es d&rsquo;ol\u00e9agineux et de miel cr\u00e9meux<\/strong> chaque matin de la semaine.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Le <strong>banana bread<\/strong> est l&rsquo;un des g\u00e2teaux les moins sorciers du monde, il suffit d&rsquo;\u00e9craser des <strong>bananes bien m\u00fbres<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette (plus elles sont <strong>noires<\/strong> et plus elles sont <strong>sucr\u00e9es<\/strong>!), les<strong> fruits<\/strong> vont donner une<strong> texture archi moelleuse<\/strong> \u00e0 la pr\u00e9paration en plus de la <strong>sucrer naturellement<\/strong> (je n&rsquo;ajoute plus du tout de sucre complet dans mes banana bread depuis quelques temps d\u00e9j\u00e0!), de leur ajouter deux trois ingr\u00e9dients bien choisis&#8230;et le tour est jou\u00e9!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ce <strong>banana bread aux flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales<\/strong> est officiellement un de mes nouveaux <strong>chouchous du petit d\u00e9j&rsquo;<\/strong>&#8230;et bient\u00f4t un des v\u00f4tres aussi!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients\u00a0<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">70 gr de flocons de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales de votre choix (j&rsquo;ai choisi des flocons de millet)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 bananes m\u00fbres (200gr)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1\/2 sachet de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ecrasez<\/strong> les bananes \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;une fourchette<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> les \u0153ufs, les flocons, la poudre \u00e0 lever, <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> le lait progressivement<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration dans un moule \u00e0 cake<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
