{"id":8277,"date":"2021-04-10T17:00:18","date_gmt":"2021-04-10T15:00:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/?p=8277"},"modified":"2021-04-10T17:00:18","modified_gmt":"2021-04-10T15:00:18","slug":"biscuits-moelleux-amande-coco-paleos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2021\/04\/10\/biscuits-moelleux-amande-coco-paleos\/","title":{"rendered":"Biscuits moelleux Amande Coco- pal\u00e9os"},"content":{"rendered":"<h1><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;aime accompagner mon <strong>caf\u00e9 d&rsquo;apr\u00e8s manger<\/strong> d&rsquo;un<strong> petit biscuit<\/strong> type <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/carnet-de-cookies\/\">cookie<\/a> ou <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2021\/03\/13\/sables-a-la-farine-de-patate-douce-au-miel-et-a-la-fleur-doranger\/\">sabl\u00e9<\/a>, cette fois-ci j&rsquo;ai eu envie de faire une recette compatible avec une<strong> alimentation pal\u00e9o<\/strong> (sans c\u00e9r\u00e9ales) et j&rsquo;ai combin\u00e9 entre elles deux farines qui se marient \u00e0 merveille: la <strong>farine d&rsquo;amande<\/strong> et la <strong>farine de coco<\/strong>.<\/span><\/h1>\n<h2><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ces deux farines sont toutes<strong> l\u00e9g\u00e8res<\/strong>, m\u00e9lang\u00e9es \u00e0 de la<strong> cr\u00e8me de coco<\/strong> et sucr\u00e9e au <strong>sirop d&rsquo;agave<\/strong>, elles ont donn\u00e9 des <strong>petits biscuits super moelleux et savoureux<\/strong>, la <strong>touche sucr\u00e9e<\/strong> qu&rsquo;il me fallait pour finir mon repas en beaut\u00e9!<\/span><\/h2>\n<h3><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">En plus de ne pas \u00eatre faites \u00e0 partir de c\u00e9r\u00e9ales, ces deux farines ont toutes les deux un index glyc\u00e9mique bas*, donc si on r\u00e9sume: nos <strong>petits biscuits moelleux \u00e0 l&rsquo;amande et \u00e0 la coco<\/strong> sont sans gluten, <strong>sans produit laitier<\/strong>, sans c\u00e9r\u00e9ales et \u00e0 IG bas! <\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Que pourrait-on leur demander de plus!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ingr\u00e9dients<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Pour 8 biscuits<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">60 gr de farine d&rsquo;amande<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">30 gr de farine de coco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 \u0153uf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 ml de cr\u00e8me de coco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de sirop d&rsquo;agave<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1\/2 sachet de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">de la coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><strong><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Tambouille<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs (sauf la coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> l&rsquo;\u0153uf, la cr\u00e8me de coco et l&rsquo;agave, <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Parsemez<\/strong> de coco r\u00e2p\u00e9e et <strong>faites cuire<\/strong> 10 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9vorez!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">A la recherche d&rsquo;autres recettes pal\u00e9os?
