Des <strong>wraps de lentilles vertes<\/strong> que je garnis selon l&rsquo;envie!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">R\u00e9duire des <strong>lentilles vertes<\/strong> au moulin pour en faire de la <strong>farine<\/strong>, il fallait y penser, utiliser cette farine pour en faire des <strong>wraps savoureux archi moelleux<\/strong>, c&rsquo;est du g\u00e9nie!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Je n&rsquo;ai pas vraiment de m\u00e9rite sur ce coup l\u00e0, je me suis largement inspir\u00e9e des <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cleacuisine.fr\/autres-plats\/crepes-de-lentilles-vertes-au-saumon-fume\/\">cr\u00eapes de Cl\u00e9a Cuisine<\/a>, que j&rsquo;affectionne particuli\u00e8rement!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">J&rsquo;ai adapt\u00e9 la recette de fa\u00e7on \u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te un peu plus \u00e9paisse, pour faire des <strong>wraps qui se tiennent bien<\/strong>, que l&rsquo;on mange \u00e0 table mais pas que&#8230;qui s&rsquo;invitent \u00e0 merveille dans les<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/a-emporter\/\"> lunchboxes et pique-niques<\/a> de la saison!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour 4 wraps ( chaque wrap se coupe en deux)<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 gr de lentilles vertes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">150 ml d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 rase de sel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">des \u00e9pices au choix: curry, cumin, curcuma&#8230;<em>(facultatif)<\/em><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Garniture au choix:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">de la cr\u00e8me v\u00e9g\u00e9tale, du<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/04\/11\/fromage-vegetal-a-tartiner\/\"> fauxmage<\/a>, des l\u00e9gumes, du poisson, des oeufs brouill\u00e9s, du tofu soyeux, du saumon fum\u00e9, du blanc de poulet, des crudit\u00e9s&#8230;<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong><em>Ici j&rsquo;ai fait revenir des courgettes avec du saumon, de la cr\u00e8me de coco, du curry pour de d\u00e9licieux wraps \u00ab\u00a0\u00e0 l&rsquo;indienne\u00a0\u00bb!<\/em><\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Passez<\/strong> les lentilles au moulin pour les r\u00e9duire en farine<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> la farine de lentilles avec le blanc d&rsquo;\u0153uf, les liquides et le sel<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Laissez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te reposer pendant 30 minutes au frigo<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te, <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> \u00e9ventuellement un peu de liquide si elle est trop compacte<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Dans une po\u00eale \u00e0 cr\u00eape graiss\u00e9e, <strong>versez<\/strong> une louche de p\u00e2te et <strong>\u00e9talez-la<\/strong> d\u00e9licatement<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Laissez<\/strong> le wrap cuire quelques minutes puis <strong>retournez-le et laissez cuire quelques minutes suppl\u00e9mentaires<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> la garniture de votre choix, <strong>enroulez<\/strong> le wrap et <strong>coupez-le<\/strong> en deux&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
