font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 brocoli<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 blanc de poulet (d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en filets)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 verre de riz basmati<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 oignon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de beurre de cacahu\u00e8te<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de tamari<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">sel, poivre<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Dans un bol <strong>m\u00e9langez<\/strong>\u00a0 le tamari et le beurre de cacahu\u00e8te, <strong>r\u00e9servez<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> le riz<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> le brocoli\u00a0 d\u00e9coup\u00e9 en fleurettes une dizaine de minutes dans une casserole d&rsquo;eau bouillante (il faut qu&rsquo;il soit encore un peu croquant, c&rsquo;est meilleur!)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
