\u00e9taient une commande de la coach <a href=\"https:\/\/emmanuellecanesse.fr\/\">Emmanuelle Canesse<\/a> (je cr\u00e9er du contenu pour les professionnels, n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/me-contacter\/\"> me contacter<\/a> pour que nous discutions de vos projets ), une recette que je suis ravie d&rsquo;avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 tant <strong>je me suis r\u00e9gal\u00e9e<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">En m\u00eame temps, j&rsquo;adore le <strong>saumon<\/strong>, les<strong> \u00e9pinards frais<\/strong>, les <strong>tomates cerises<\/strong>, le <strong>lait de coco<\/strong>, le <strong>basilic<\/strong>&#8230;le contraire aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tonnant!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Quelques <strong>\u00e9tapes simplissime<\/strong> et <strong>un peu de patience<\/strong> (le temps que le saumon mijote et s&rsquo;impr\u00e8gne des saveurs du lait de coco et du basilic), voil\u00e0 tout ce dont vous aurez besoin pour r\u00e9aliser cette tambouille.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Elle est parfaite pour un <strong>d\u00e9jeuner r\u00e9confortant<\/strong>, un <strong>d\u00eener en amoureux<\/strong> ou une<strong> invitation<\/strong>!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times saumon<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">120 gr de riz basmati<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">6 belles poign\u00e9es d\u2019\u00e9pinards frais<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 poign\u00e9e de tomates cerises<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Quelques feuilles de basilic<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">200 ml de cr\u00e8me de coco<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">De l\u2019huile d\u2019olive<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p align=\"center\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><b>Tambouille<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Pr\u00e9parez<\/strong> le riz basmati,<strong> r\u00e9servez<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> les pav\u00e9s de saumon \u00e0 la po\u00eale avec un peu d\u2019huile d\u2019olive une minute de chaque c\u00f4t\u00e9, <strong>r\u00e9servez<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites fondre<\/strong> les \u00e9pinards dans la po\u00eale \u00e0 feu doux, <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> les tomates cerises coup\u00e9es en deux, la cr\u00e8me de coco, <strong>laissez mijoter<\/strong> quelques minutes puis <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> les pav\u00e9s de saumon et le basilic cisel\u00e9.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> \u00e0 feu doux \u00e0 couvert pendant une dizaine de minutes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>D\u00e9posez<\/strong> les pav\u00e9s de saumon sur un lit de riz basmati, <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> les l\u00e9gumes et la sauce par-dessus.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><em>Pour r\u00e9aliser ce pav\u00e9 de saumon \u00e0 la toscane j&rsquo;aime prendre mon poisson chez le poissonnier et choisir des \u00e9pinards vraiment bien frais ( la qualit\u00e9 des
