{"id":8954,"date":"2022-04-23T06:19:45","date_gmt":"2022-04-23T04:19:45","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/?p=8954"},"modified":"2022-04-23T06:19:45","modified_gmt":"2022-04-23T04:19:45","slug":"invisible-a-la-mangue","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2022\/04\/23\/invisible-a-la-mangue\/","title":{"rendered":"Invisible \u00e0 la mangue"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">L&rsquo;<strong>invisible \u00e0 la mangue<\/strong> dont je m&rsquo;appr\u00eate \u00e0 vous parler a tout du <strong>dessert parfait<\/strong> : il est <strong>savoureux, sucr\u00e9 et l\u00e9ger<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Ce g\u00e2teau je l&rsquo;adore dans sa <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/01\/25\/invisible-aux-pommes\/\">version pomme<\/a> depuis toujours , l&rsquo;\u00e9t\u00e9 je lui pr\u00e9f\u00e8re des <strong>saveurs acidul\u00e9es<\/strong> de<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2020\/07\/14\/invisible-pommes-myrtilles-citron\/\"> citron et de myrtilles<\/a>, je sais donc l&rsquo;adapter selon mes envies, mais je n&rsquo;avais jamais pens\u00e9 \u00e0 la mangue!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pourtant, dieu sait que j&rsquo;adore la <strong>mangue<\/strong>! Fra\u00eeche ou en<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2018\/05\/14\/nice-manguma-glace-a-la-mangue-et-a-la-poudre-de-lucuma\/\"> nice cream<\/a>&#8230;c&rsquo;est un de mes p\u00each\u00e9s mignons!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Pour concocter mon<strong> invisible \u00e0 la mangue<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai choisi <strong>deux belles mangues bien m\u00fbres<\/strong> que j&rsquo;ai coup\u00e9 en<strong> fines lamelles<\/strong> et j&rsquo;ai pr\u00e9par\u00e9 un <strong>appareil tout l\u00e9ger fa\u00e7on flan<\/strong> pour les recouvrir: une petite quantit\u00e9 de <strong>farine de riz complet<\/strong>, des<strong> oeufs,<\/strong> du <strong>lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/strong> et du <strong>miel<\/strong> pour la touche sucr\u00e9e.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Un v\u00e9ritable d\u00e9lice de g\u00e2teau!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 mangues m\u00fbres<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">50 g de farine de riz complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de poudre \u00e0 lever sans gluten<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">3 oeufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de miel<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 soupe de jus de citron<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">100 ml de lait v\u00e9g\u00e9tal<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Epluchez<\/strong> les mangues et coupez les en tranches fines, <strong>d\u00e9posez-les<\/strong> dans le fond d&rsquo;un moule \u00e0 g\u00e2teau.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> ensemble les ingr\u00e9dients secs, <strong>ajoutez<\/strong> les ingr\u00e9dients liquides.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration sur les mangues.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> 40 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
