D&rsquo;abord parce qu&rsquo;ils sont <strong>tr\u00e8s simples<\/strong> \u00e0 faire et ensuite parce qu&rsquo;ils sont <strong>terriblement bons<\/strong>! <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">De quoi faire rougir Belin et tous ses petits copains!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Pour une vingtaine de crackers<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">150 g de farine de pois-chiche<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">4 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;huile d&rsquo;olive<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">5 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe d&rsquo;eau<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de cumin en poudre ou 2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de curry en poudre (\u00e0 l&rsquo;envie!)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">une poign\u00e9e de graines (je prends les m\u00e9langes fut\u00e9s pour salade)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">du sel<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> dans un saladier la farine, l&rsquo;huile, l&rsquo;eau, le cumin et le sel jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 obtenir une p\u00e2te compacte que vous pourrez \u00e9taler (n&rsquo;h\u00e9sitez pas \u00e0 rajouter un peu d&rsquo;eau si besoin).<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>D\u00e9posez\u00a0<\/b>la boule de p\u00e2te entre deux feuilles de papier cuisson, <strong>\u00e9talez-la<\/strong> \u00e0 l&rsquo;aide d&rsquo;un rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisser\u00a0(la seconde feuille de papier cuisson permet d&rsquo;\u00e9viter que la p\u00e2te ne colle au rouleau)\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>D\u00e9coupez<\/strong>\u00a0des formes avec un emporte pi\u00e8ce (un simple verre fait l&rsquo;affaire) ou <strong>quadrillez<\/strong> la p\u00e2te avec un couteau (vous obtiendrez de petits losanges \u00e0 s\u00e9parer une fois cuits)<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Ajoutez les graines sur vos crackers, avec le rouleau \u00e0 p\u00e2tisserie incrustez-les\u00a0dans la p\u00e2te<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Faites cuire 20 minutes au four \u00e0 200\u00b0.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman,times,serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>P.S: Ces biscuits se suffisent \u00e0 eux m\u00eame mais vous pouvez les tremper dans un <a href=\"http:\/\/ptiteslubies.over-blog.com\/2017\/07\/houmous-mon-amour.html\">houmous maison<\/a>\u00a0pour un plaisir d\u00e9cupl\u00e9!\u00a0<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\"><em>P.S 2: Utilisez les #recettesdequinoa sur instagram<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0Chez moi il n&rsquo;y a plus d&rsquo;ap\u00e9ritif sans ces petits biscuits sal\u00e9s \u00e0 la farine de pois chiche.
