font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Ma petite chipie de 10 mois est gourmande comme sa maman<\/strong> et elle cherche toujours \u00e0 me piquer <strong>mes go\u00fbters, <\/strong>il fallait bien que je lui cr\u00e9\u00e9 une petite<strong> recette de g\u00e2teaux pour b\u00e9b\u00e9<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">D&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e7a fait quelques temps que je dois partager mes<a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/09\/11\/banana-pancakes-sans-gluten-vegan-sans-sucre-ajoute\/\"> pancakes<\/a> et mes <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/2019\/02\/27\/gaufres-a-la-farine-de-coco-paleo\/\">gaufres \u00e0 la banane<\/a> du petit d\u00e9jeuner&#8230;<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Les biscuits pour b\u00e9b\u00e9 du commerce<\/strong> contiennent souvent du <strong>sucre ajout\u00e9<\/strong>, j&rsquo;ai donc imagin\u00e9 <strong>une petite tambouille adapt\u00e9e aux b\u00e9b\u00e9<\/strong>, avec seulement trois ingr\u00e9dients, de la banane, de l\u2019\u0153uf et de la farine, pour qu&rsquo;elle puisse se r\u00e9galer avec moi.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>La recette est tr\u00e8s simple<\/strong>, l&rsquo;id\u00e9e \u00e9tant de ne pas avoir \u00e0 cuisiner pendant des heures pour proposer des<strong> petits snacks sains et gourmands \u00e0 b\u00e9b\u00e9<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">Je lui ai servi ces g\u00e2teaux en<strong> petits morceaux<\/strong>, sur le plateau de sa chaise haute, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait vraiment chouette de la voir les attraper, les porter \u00e0 sa bouche et se r\u00e9galer.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Un vrai bonheur de b\u00e9b\u00e9<\/strong>!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Ingr\u00e9dients<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><em>Pour une dizaine de minis g\u00e2teaux<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">1 banane<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">1 \u0153uf<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\">2 cuill\u00e8res \u00e0 soupe de la farine de votre choix ( j&rsquo;ai utilis\u00e9 de la farine de riz complet)<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Mixez<\/strong> tous les ingr\u00e9dients ensemble<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la pr\u00e9paration dans des minis moules<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> 15 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><strong>Laissez refroidir<\/strong> et <strong>servez<\/strong> \u00e0 b\u00e9b\u00e9!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;\">Les g\u00e2teaux doivent \u00eatre tr\u00e8s fondants pour que b\u00e9b\u00e9 se r\u00e9gale sans risque!<\/span><\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: times new roman, times, serif;\"><em>Cette recette est \u00ab\u00a0adulte friendly\u00a0\u00bb bien entendu (valid\u00e9e par le papa!), petite id\u00e9e d\u00e9gustation: dans du yaourt v\u00e9g\u00e9tal avec des fruits frais fa\u00e7on \u00ab\u00a0minis c\u00e9r\u00e9ales\u00a0\u00bb.<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
