font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">De la folie!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Elle s&rsquo;est inspir\u00e9e de plusieurs recettes et a fait preuve d&rsquo;ing\u00e9niosit\u00e9 pour me concocter ce g\u00e2teau sur mesure, en enlevant le <strong>gluten<\/strong>, les <strong>produits laitiers<\/strong> et le <strong>sucre raffin\u00e9<\/strong>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Elle s&rsquo;adapte toujours \u00e0 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.quinoaetbasmati.fr\/index.php\/produit\/mon-alimentation-decalee\/\">mon alimentation d\u00e9cal\u00e9e<\/a> et fait souvent mouche mais ce g\u00e2teau l\u00e0 est de loin sa <strong>plus grande r\u00e9ussite<\/strong>!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Le mariage des <strong>saveurs de la pistache et de la framboise<\/strong> dans un g\u00e2teau vraiment tr\u00e8s tr\u00e8s <strong>moelleux<\/strong>, c&rsquo;\u00e9tait ce que je pouvais esp\u00e9rer de mieux pour f\u00eater mon anniversaire .<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;\">Elle m&rsquo;a transmis la recette pour que vous puissiez \u00e0 votre tour vous r\u00e9galer!<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">200g de pistaches non sal\u00e9es ou amandes ou m\u00e9lange mix\u00e9es en poudre fine<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">200g de sucre complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">200g de beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9tal ramolli<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">4 \u0153ufs<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">100g de farine de riz complet<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">50g de f\u00e9cule de pomme de terre<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 de levure chimique<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">400g de framboises (fra\u00eeches ou surgel\u00e9es, dans ce cas veiller \u00e0 ce qu\u2019elles ne contiennent pas trop d\u2019eau)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">1 cuill\u00e8re \u00e0 caf\u00e9 d\u2019extrait de vanille<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><em>Pour la d\u00e9coration\u00a0:<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">De la confiture de framboise (bonne maman intense car moins sucr\u00e9e)<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Quelques pistaches concass\u00e9es<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Tambouille<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>M\u00e9langez<\/strong> le beurre ramolli et le sucre jusqu\u2019\u00e0 obtention d\u2019un m\u00e9lange cr\u00e9meux.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> les \u0153ufs un \u00e0 un en battant bien.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> les ingr\u00e9dients secs , <strong>tamisez<\/strong>&#8211;<strong>les<\/strong> pour les ajouter au m\u00e9lange sucre et beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9tal.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Incorporez<\/strong> la poudre de pistache.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Ajoutez<\/strong> l\u2019extrait de vanille.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Utilisez<\/strong> un moule beurr\u00e9 (avec du beurre v\u00e9g\u00e9tal) et farin\u00e9 (avec de la farine de riz) , id\u00e9alement un moule rond \u00e0 fond amovible de 20cm (moule \u00e0 manqu\u00e9 \u00e0 charni\u00e8res).<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> la moiti\u00e9 de la p\u00e2te dans le moule.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>D\u00e9posez<\/strong> la moiti\u00e9 des framboises bien r\u00e9parties sur la p\u00e2te.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Versez<\/strong> le reste de la p\u00e2te par dessus la couche de framboises.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Faites cuire<\/strong> au four entre 45 et 50 minutes \u00e0 180\u00b0 jusqu\u2019\u00e0 ce que le g\u00e2teau soit dor\u00e9 et qu\u2019une lame de couteau ins\u00e9r\u00e9e au centre en ressorte propre.\u00a0<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Attendez<\/strong> au moins 10 mn avant de d\u00e9mouler le g\u00e2teau.<\/span><br \/>\n<span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Recouvrez<\/strong> le de confiture de framboise et d\u00e9corez le avec des pistaches concass\u00e9es et des framboises.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman', times, serif;
